There has emerged as a ruling lclass not prepared to part with their power or to allow transparency because of the structure of elections whcih only poeple with huge resources as a party could fight . That brings in the nexus between politicians,beauracrats,corporated ,nedia ,and mafia and criminals
But who is responsible for all this ?
